Let me be more explicit. This is what my Version 6 toolbar looks like right now...



Over to the right, you can see the attachment Icon.

Note that this is really 2 tool bars - the first is the "generic" tool bar (which I've customized) and the second (starting with the font name) is the Rich Text toolbar, which I have not customized.

If you are not seeing the same thing, then I suspect that either...
    1. You have "deactivated" the RTF toolbar so it's not being displayed
    2. You've customized the Generic or RTF toolbars.

Do you have a "pull down" icon at the end of the screen ? It could be hiding under there if there is not enough screen width to display it.
